Brilliant location within walking distance to main centre and ferry friendly staff breakfast really good lots of choice nice quite rooms

The location was perfect, close to everything! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast was a delicious start each day. We will be back!

I need gluten free food but I was able to manage with the breakfast selection.

Situated just inside the city walls a short walk from the main bus station this was a great location to explore the city of Valletta and beyond. Room was comfortable and very good value for money. Wifi worked well and the USB charging ports built into the plug sockets were very helpful. The self service buffet breakfast was an excellent start to the day. Staff were friendly and helpful

The staff at the Osborne Hotel were friendly on check in and greeted us every time we arrived at the hotel which I felt was a nice touch. The rooms were pretty spacious and I liked the addition of the rooftop pool.

There were a few stains on the furniture in my room and the air con was faulty so was only supplying warm air to the room. The pool could do with being heated especially during the winter months.

Pretty much everything was amazing and the staff were lovely. Especially Michael who seemed to be doing the night shift. Breakfast was especially good. Delicious garlic mushrooms for breakfast. I'd easily pay €20.00 a head for their breakfast selection.

Bath slightly on the small side but also comes down to myself being a larger male.

Sound isolation could be better in rooms. It's not nice to hear when your neighbors are taking shower during a night...

Breakfast - not much to choise but very good. The personal it was nice especially the old receptionist I don't remember his name( sorry for that). Our sitting it was nice and silent. It's our kind of accomodation , vintage decoration.

The room has almost no natural light , during the day it was necessary to put the light on, the window it's in a bad position, and I think is the same with most of them. The room it was supposed to be twin...it was a kind of,because those two beds were veeeery close,no room enough to put them apart. Despite of the fact I asked in a several times about the program regarding the New Year Eve Dinner, the answer was quite vague, so , it was just a dinner nothing else, and around 22,30 -11,00 everything was close.

Well located, very close to the main street, shops and restaurants, but still in a quiet area. 5-6 minutes to the main bus station, with direct buses to airport and various tourist destinations in Malta. For visiting the three cities, take the free lift near Valletta city gate (close to Upper Barrakka Gardens, a 5 min walk) in order to rapidly reach the ferry. The hotel rooms are modern, large, very clean. Good full English breakfast, with eggs, sausages, bacon, beans and tomatoes. A few fruits. I recommend booking well in advance, the rates are much lower.

Lovely hotel in fantastic location within walking distance to many WWII sites and restaurants. A delicious buffet style breakfast with lots of choice. We had dinner one night - it was nice, not fine dining but a buffet with plenty of choice. Staff in the restaurant very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms super clean and comfortable.

Pros: - Location: central. Valletta is of course small, but it helps the hotel being built on the “plateau” of the old fortress - Very polite and helpful personnel - Good, varied breakfast - Kettle, safe, and mini-fridge in room (larger than a minibar, I mean) - Unbeatable price off-season: 43 EUR/ night breakfast included! - Big LED Smart TV – a fabulous plus for a 3* hotel was I could connect to Internet on the TV – YouTube and all! - Comfy, large bed - Fluffy towels

Cons: - Poor coffee at breakfast - Room may have been a little larger, but it is an old building after all. I stayed solo in a double at the 5th floor and it was OK. With two people in it I am not that sure. - Wardrobes rather worn out; old hangers - Poor water pressure at the bathroom sink - Poor toiletries - Rather cramped bathroom, although the shower cubicle was large enough for a big guy like me - I could not alter the room temperature using the AC thermostat as the temperature was set by the management and could not be changed. Problem was it was set at 28 degrees Celsius, which made the room impossible to sleep in after 30 min of operation. I complained to the reception, they promised to fix it, did nothing, so I resorted to sleeping with the AC/ heating off, which was not really an issue given the warm Maltese nights. But that procedure is not OK, and management should allow clients to set their own desired temperature in room.

Convenient location, great choice for breakfast, I was allowed to checkin hours before the official time, helpful staff.

Everything was good!

Location was great! Walking distance to major attraction in Valetta. There is a free public parking near by. Breakfast was good Beds were really comfortable.

They could't find our reservation when we arrived.

Nice location, good rooms. Great value for money.

I didn't like that they try to push you with offers on Hop on Hop off bus, while you can take a public bus for 2.50 to Medina. Breakfast is ok, nothing special
